New York Steaks – 11 lbs.
Sirloin Steak – 6 lbs.
Chuck/ Sirloin Tip Roast – 30 lbs.
Stew Meat-chunks – 20 lbs.
Cube Steak-tenderized – 20 lbs.
*Up to 40 pounds of ground can be exchanged for premade patties or bison breakfast sausage
