Our Bison Winter Sampler Package offers a variety of 100% grass-fed bison meat.
This bison sampler package includes:
Filet Mignon – 2 steaks
NY Strip – 2 steaks
Ribeye – 2 steaks
Sirloin – 2 steaks
Chuck Roast – 4.5-6.0 lbs. (2 roasts)
Cube Steak- 2 lbs.
Ground – 4 lbs.
Total Bison Meat – approximately 13-15 lbs.
Product shipping is calculated based on total weight. Please call us for shipping rates outside of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
