Filet Mignon Steaks – 3.75 lbs. (tenderloin)
Ribeye Steaks – 7 lbs.
New York Steaks – 7 lbs.
Sirloin Steak – 4 lbs.
Chuck/ Sirloin Tip Roast – 30 lbs.
Stew Meat-chunks – 20 lbs.
Cube Steak-tenderized – 15 lbs.
Short Ribs-10 lbs.
Soup Bones (bone + meat) 20 lbs.
*Up to 40 pounds of ground can be exchanged for premade patties or bison breakfast sausage- if they are in stock and available. Subject to availability.
