Our Bison Quarter Bundle is an excellent option offering a sampling for a variety of 100% grass-fed bison meat. We developed this package in response to requests from customers to have a discount package with a variety of cuts. This package already includes a 5% discount.
This bison meat bundle includes:
Ground – 50 lbs.
Filet Mignon Steaks – .93 lbs. (tenderloin)
Ribeye Steaks – 1.75 lbs.
New York Strip Steaks – 1.75 lbs.
Sirloin Steaks – 1.0 lbs.
Chuck/ Sirloin Tip roast – 7.5 lbs.
Stew Meat-chunks – 5 lbs.
Cube Steak-tenderized – 3.75 lbs.
Bison Short ribs -2.5 lbs.
Bison Soup Bones (bone + meat)- 5lbs.
*up to 10 pounds of ground can be exchanged for 10 pounds of premade 6 oz. burger patties and/or 4 oz bison breakfast sausage patties, IF IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE.
