Our Bison “Quarter” Starter Bundle is an excellent option offering a variety of 100% grass-fed bison meat. We developed this package in response to requests from customers to have a discount package with a greater percentage of steaks.
This bison meat bundle includes:
Ground – 45 lbs.
Filet Mignon Steaks – 2 lbs. (tenderloin)
Ribeye Steaks – 3.5 lbs.
New York Strip Steaks – 5 lbs.
Sirloin Steaks – 2.5 lbs.
Chuck/ Sirloin Tip roast – 12 lbs.
Stew Meat-chunks – 5 lbs.
Cube Steak-tenderized – 5 lbs.
Bison Short ribs -5 lbs.
Bison Soup Bones (bone + meat)- 10lbs.
*up to 10 pounds of ground can be exchanged for 10 pounds of premade 6 oz. burger patties and/or 4 oz bison breakfast sausage patties, or a 10 pound combination of both at no additional cost.
