RANCH ADDRESS: 10825 N. SPIKER RD, PIQUA OH 45356

In response to frequent requests, our family is opening our ranch to yours. Join us Memorial Day Weekend 5/24/24-5/26/24 to view the bison herd, other ranch animals, and learn about our ranching practices. Details, activities, and exact times are available below and will be updated prior to the event on social media. Small admission fee ($10 adult, $5 for 12 & under) benefits our children’s 4H goals.

The kids have planned some interactive activities at specific times, so if you want to time your visit to participate in a specific activity see the schedule below. Otherwise, just join us to see and talk about the bison. We will all be available for questions and conversation throughout.

*PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT BISON ARE “WILD” AND UNPREDICTABLE. THERE WILL NOT BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PET THE BISON.*

We have two rules for this event:

  1. Be kind to every human and animal
  2. Do not climb on fences or open any gates

We also request that you be patient with us- this is our first time hosting an event!

Please note- our property has many hills, uneven ground, mud, gravel, varied terrain and therefore is not completely handicap accessible, although some areas are. There is not shelter to get out of the weather so plan to bring weather-appropriate clothing/accessories if needed. We do not have bleachers or seating so if you need to sit to rest often, please plan to bring a camp chair, or other portable seat. There will be a portable restroom, without running water.
