Our Bison Fall & Winter Sampler Package offers a variety of 100% grass-fed bison meat focused on cuts that are great for healthy comfort food cooking for your family, all winter long.
This ALL BISON sampler package includes:
NY Strip – 4 steaks
Sausage- 2 lbs (PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WANT BREAKFAST SAUSAGE PATTIES, OR ITALIAN SAUSAGE 1# BULK, OR ONE OF EACH)
Cube Steak- 2 lbs
Chuck Roast – 3 lbs (one roast)
Stew Meat- 2 lbs
Ground – 8 lbs
Total Bison Meat – approximately 21 lbs.
Product shipping is calculated based on total weight. Please call us for shipping rates outside of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
