Our Bison Half Bundle offers a variety of 100% grass-fed bison meat.
This bison meat bundle includes:
*Ground – 110 lbs.
Filet Mignon Steaks – 2 lbs. (tenderloin)
Ribeye Steaks – 3.5 lbs.
New York Strip Steaks – 5 lbs.
Sirloin Steaks – 2.5 lbs.
Chuck/ Sirloin Tip Roast -15 lbs.
Stew Meat-chunks – 10 lbs.
Cube Steak-tenderized -10 lbs.
Short Ribs – 5 lbs.
Soup Bones (bones + meat)- 10 lbs.
*Up to 20 pounds of ground can be exchanged for premade 6 oz bison hamburger patties or breakfast sausage patties

Product shipping is calculated based on total weight. Please call us for shipping rates outside of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
