Our tenderized round Bison Cube Steaks are made from the top round of our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished bison. We have them blade-tenderized at processing for your ease of cooking. These are delicious in a dutch oven with broth, and made a delicious gravy. Raised by our family, for yours!
